Didn't get a photo but on Sunday morning I saw a V8 Audi R8 with a plate starting with V10...

Was following a new 3 series last night with the plate...

WV65 OUL

Spaced as:

WV6 5OUL

Didn't look like the sort who would be into soul music either.

When I had an Escort it has a chrome badge on the back that said "Escort" just so that nobody confused it for a Ferrari F40, presumably this 'plate is aimed at someone who has lost theirs and can't find a replacement?

Y 8OTHR on red RS4 south of Birmingham driven by the proverbial knuckle dragger who launched a can out of the window after being let out of a junction.
I hate to say it but stereotype confirmed there!

I saw that on an Escort Cosworth a few years ago at Ford Fair. As expected the "6" had 3 appropriately coloured caps front & rear so that it, attempted to, resemble ESCORT.

If I asked a landscape gardener to come and give me a quote for some work and he turned up with a plate like that I would never give him the job, simply because I would be able to tell by seeing that what kind of person Mark was!

I expect that applies to a few people on here (and perhaps lots of other people too).

It's one thing to put a chavvy plate on one's private car but if you're going to put a personalised plate on a company vehicle which is a rolling advert for the business, at least make sure it is a good one and legal too.

I just see mr b's taxis from Peter Kay. Probably like most other drivers when they see the bell end.
