I just came here to post that one myself after it popped up as an Instagram tag for the Mk3 FRS and various Ford / Focus RS owners pages.

It's H13 RRU and will probably end up sporting a selection of the usual "scene" modifications in the coming months too

...and evidently the plate is no accident. It's a 2004 issue plate, yet it's on a car first registered in 2006. Blue Toyota Corolla T3.
