Windsor Farm Shop today...

GA5 1ERK on a Transit Custom (seems to be the current ttmobile of choice round here).

Presumably sporting a 'Gas Safe' sticker on the rear end, because the 'R' was altered to be more symmetrical, so that it resembled an 'A'.

I was just about to post that.

Its not a photoshop either.
Look. It may well not be a photoshop. If that is (as I strongly suspect it is) one Royston Vasey posing by the car, he could well have had a 'show plate' made of a number that doesn't exist, just for the publicity value.

But links above to databases all come up blank, as does the DVLA's own site, and cartell.ie. And I think it's safe to assume that such a plate wouldn't make it past the censors and killjoys who compile the DVLA's infamous "do not issue" list of potentially offensive registration numbers. So even if it isn't a photoshop, I'm pretty certain it's going to turn out to be a fake...
Seen chubby with it, my eyes weren't photoshopped but screenshots say otherwise, my whole life is a lie! AHHH OMG!

Two from this afternoon.

M44T KO on a Vauxhall Vectra C. A closer look, when I pulled up behind it, showed the plate was actually M44 TKC with a black cap being used to create the "O".

R12K SL on a Mk7 Fiesta. Slogan at the bottom of the plate read "Managing De Risks" followed by a web address for a company called De-Risk.

I'm guessing display plate for some reason - like those daft keyrings you get in Halfords that look a bit like a mis-spaced plate. I tried MP, HP and HR in case they were really taking the mickey, but nothing.

Hmm. Isuppose they could be display plates, but why not just make them up as MR LOZZA and MR JONY O.

Having said that neither of them are available on DVLA's website, so they could have put them on the cars very recently and they don't yet show up online?

I am in two minds whether this would be less worse if all of it was in the hatched area. Whilst not OCD it is just too much half of everything.
