How about this pair of beauties:

I can't figure them out - my searches come up blank for MR10 NYO and MR10 ZZA...
I'm guessing display plate for some reason - like those daft keyrings you get in Halfords that look a bit like a mis-spaced plate. I tried MP, HP and HR in case they were really taking the mickey, but nothing.
Hmm. Isuppose they could be display plates, but why not just make them up as MR LOZZA and MR JONY O.

Having said that neither of them are available on DVLA's website, so they could have put them on the cars very recently and they don't yet show up online?
MR10 NYO is taxed as a 2014 Bentley

So it is, still shows as "no such registration" on a non-DVLA site. The other one doesn't come up either as MR10ZZA, or MP10ZZA (as I thought the 'R' looked a bit weird). Oh well.

Copied over from the crap parking thread.

I am in two minds whether this would be less worse if all of it was in the hatched area. Whilst not OCD it is just too much half of everything.
Crap Parking and butchered plates do seem to go hand in hand, sort of say "I am kind of a big deal, but on a budget".

Could be handy to know if your local A&E is choc-a-bloc!

It does, but as a grey Bentley. I would have thought that pearlescent white would be registered as white rather than grey. I'm guessing both cars have only just received the plates and online databases haven't caught up yet. Thanks all for your additional detective work! smokin

S1 K**

Assuming the ** were the bellend's initials.

Spaced [S1.K **] with a screw to make the 1 appear an L.

And in German print.

It looked very st.

I've forgotten the last 2 letters, but on a pink wrapped Fiat 500 earlier today - ELL1 X -- / EL11 X--

When I pulled up behind it I noticed "Elli" had achieved the second "L" by using a black cap on the first "1". Bonus points for also blowing a kiss with the X before whatever the last 2 unmemorable letters were.

SM11ADE - spotted on a Range Rover last night, exactly like that. No spacing at all. I don't understand what it's supposed to say though.

This beautiful plate is owned by a Mrs Emma Morgan. She thoughtfully informed us of this by having her name built into the plate border, incase the gash spacing and wrong way round "E" confused you....

An automatic £2000 fine would see an end to this, and would make a lot of money very quickly.

Sounds like a plan but the downside is doing so would kill the Chavplate market stone dead overnight. Some £2BN and counting has been raised from the sale of number plates so far and as long as the illiterate and hard of thinking are attracted too and willing to part with money for plates that are subsequently misrepresented in some manner it'd be foolish to put a stop to the sale of them.

And you can surely just imagine the howls of sanctimonious self righteous indignation from the swamplife that's already bought one when slapped with a hefty fine can't you.
