It's part of the charm. It's a stupid car by default. A Mini with a huge carbon wing by default is daft.
It's not a serious car, I'm not a serious person.

Not being a fking moron, I know that, but we are talking about those people who rearrange their plates to read a word, or words. Therefore, in this example, the 1 represents what the poster is hoping to be an L, and the 0 an O, because he 'thinks' the numberplate now reads Slow GP, but because numberplates are in capitals, the 1 can only be interpreted as a capital 'i', so the numberplate reads Siow GP instead.
