Based on the Welsh markers on the right of the plate, I assume the guy is called Six Wyn, sorry Gwyn, and he either enjoys being number 1, having a number one, or maybe it's meant to be "You know, Gywn". Sad & tragic.

Didn't get the last 2 letters of the plate sadly, but this afternoon..

QASIM ?? an a black C Class diesel Merc with gangsta tints, badly fitting (wrong offset) AMG replica alloys and a Powerflow multi tailpipe exhaust.

Only the letters should read DA51 M?? - so good use of a black cap on the D.

Very classy Qasim, very classy.
