I still don't understand the point of vandalism. Theft is very logical but vandalism gains nothing.

Unless he runs a car painting company, I suppose.

And yes, I agree. The owner of the Aston Martin should be entitled to key him if he's caught
Well, vandalism does seem pointless but these tcensoreds are out there; before the 'care in the community' cr*p they could be stashed away out of sight, out of mind!

And can you seriously see this 'tall black man' running even bathwater for the "misbegotten benefit claimant" borrowed kid who will grow up to think keying is "cool" cos his "dad" dunnit, right?

Probably not even entitled to be in the UK anyway! UKIP had a point!shoot

No compensation likely from a waster like that! Aston owner needs an "enforcer"!!

The last place on earth I'd take an Aston would be a cheap and nasty supermarket in Hackney. What is this bloke thinking?

Anyway, this bloke will definitely get his just desserts now.

Edit: Good to see racism alive and well in this thread too!
Why shouldn't he take his Aston wherever he wants? You're getting into blaming the victim, which is a bit odd.

Admittedly it was in Poole, Dorset rather than Hackney, but I used to take my Audi R8 to Tesco all the time and never had an issue.

Is there a subsect of society outside 'angry van driver' that you don't think are to blame for you being where you are in life?

Your extremely hate filled, anger brimming 1am posts are all very amusing but you do seem to have considerable issues. rofl

You're a racist and an idiot.

I have absolutely no doubt that the people you know talk about you when you're not about, and they're not complimenting you.

That could have been parked in a parent+child space and that could also explain why the dad felt the need to key it.
Are children and pushchairs not allowed in Astons then? confused
Disabled people are not allowed in "nice cars" either and therefore no such car should ever be parked in a disabled bay furious

I reckon he has some sort of beef with the owner. The other thread on the same topic says he lives in (either owns or rents) what will be an expensive house. Someone has already pointed out the cost of the pram (£800ish), and his tracksuit will be circa £200 as well.

Therefore he might be a chav but he looks like a monied chav, so the people saying 50p a week compensation which he won't pay/can't afford or whatever I don't agree with.

If he does have money he probably isn't keying the car on the basis he can't afford one. I reckon he knows the owner and doesn't like him for whatever reason and that's why he's keyed it.

Then again, the pram could be stolen, the tracksuit could be fake and the house could be being paid for by the council/a rich relative/insert other option here so it could just be jealousy and the above might all be complete rubbish.

I'm quite sure the officers who interviewed would have done. Whether or not he would have explained why is another matter.

He can, he just shouldn't be surprised when someone in a deprived, and crime-ridden, area takes exception to his ostentatious display of wealth!

Much in the same way that you don't leave valuables on display in a car - They're your valuables, it's your car, but you still don't do it, do you?

Answer A)

This is Pistonheads.

Answer B) Obviously not, just expressing surprise that someone would be that careless, that's all.

Ah yes, the "she was asking to be raped dressed like that" argument.

Definitely similar crimes. Rape and causing minor aesthetic damage to a car.

I have a sneaky suspicion you'd agree, but you've taken this all too personally? wink

The severity or similarity of the crimes themselves were not being compared, it's the 'victim at fault' mentality being questioned. I'm sure you were fully aware of that but simply struggled to form a reasonable argument, because there isn't one.
