That right there, my friends, is jealousy.
But what on earth makes someone think this is a good/right/fair/reasonable/rational thing to do?! It defies logic.

Terrible what is even worse is that most likely will not have to pay towards repair costs.

Doesn't look like a poor person to me. Maybe 'poor person' for the one in the pram, pity them to have that individual pushing the pram as an example of how to act. Smarmy bd.

Hackney. A complete HOLE; yet people pay £300,000 for 2 bedroom terraced slums. Crazy.

We were burgled twice and whilst really annoyed, i could see why they did it. They got cash and valuables. But WHAT do you get from destroying other peoples' stuff?

.......More than that. They pay 400,000 for two bed terraces down the road in Tottenham which is far cheaper !!

When I see videos like this I tend to wonder if there's more to it (does the guy know the Aston owner?).

But maybe that's because I don't understand why you'd ever key someone's car.
I'll say the same thing here that I did on facebook when the met police shared the vid.

Now I'm playing devil's advocate here. Judging by the fact the guy could easily push the buggy between the Aston and the next car over. That could have been parked in a parent+child space and that could also explain why the dad felt the need to key it.

Now I definitely don't condone the damage and the guy is a thunderc**t regardless. I'm purely saying that was probably the motive.

I await somone pointing out that the Aston driver could have had a child and therefore every right to use the space, but the guy with the buggy wouldn't have known that.

Occam's razor suggests culprit is more likely to be suffering from "small penis syndrome" .

Me typing it, or the notion that someone would key a car for that reason?

I would never dream of keying a car and personally couldn't care less where someone chooses to park theirs. I'd be more likely to dribble on the Aston than damage it. I have 2 children under 5 but don't really care for P&C spaces and the types of inconsiderate mums who fight over them.

I was simply saying with the kind of people out there it could easily be the excuse.

It beggars belief that someone who condemns the action of the keyer, then goes onto offer some kind of justification for the keyers actions.

The keyer and the offering of a justification for the keyers actions, sums up what is so very wrong with a lot of what people think and accept in today's society.

What has the UK become/becoming, it's quite frightening to think where it will all end.

I didn't read it as the poster suggesting it was an excuse to do that, more a possible motivation - something obviously motivated him to do it.

Horrible thing to do (it's happened to me a few times) but....an Aston gets newspaper coverage and the Met Police involved, whereas myself, the cops couldn't give a st, even when I had my car broken into.

A very tiered society we live in.

Well, its a good news story and will get worldwide coverage. Massively expensive car, senseless damage - but - culprit caught red handed. On fantastic hi-res video. Surely if you had undeniable proof of an offence police would take action, no?
