This; to me quantifies a Sports saloon car. the sort of car you would Daily, and then take the long way home for a cracking hoon.

I can see both sides of the argument for this, but personally I'd rather mine be a manual, but in London (where a lot of the real money is) I can see why they would mostly be DCT cars.

Here in Bristol as the congestion isn't on par with London's, it's be a manual for me. Plus, I like being able to change gear myself, it provokes a bigger feeling of involvement, especially as steering is becoming more and more electric meaning less feel there.

I now have my manual M4. It is truly fantastic and I am pleased that I specced it as such.

Although I can fully appreciate that others will appreciate the DCT.

Excellent, what's the gear change like? While advocating a manual for anyone who actually enjoys driving, I am all too aware that a poor manual can detract from the experience.

The manual box is a good one. No complaints.

I must admit I can't see the point of a manual in a car like this. When one gear will more or less wheelspin you up to the motorway speed limit what is the point of being able to change manually through the rest of them? The whole car is designed purely for speed not real world enjoyment and DCT is simply better at going quickly. I insist on a manual in a sports car but this is a big barge with a hyperspace drive under the bonnet so for me should definitely be an auto.
No manual sports cars in your profile history.

Very nice.

It has an M car with a bit of a GTR feel about it. It's absolutely rapid.

It be on the list in a couple of years once depreciation takes hold.
