Booked the Insignia in for a map. Seems very little info about form 25 year old service.
Used before on a Focus NA 1.6. Definite improvement in response, nothing on top end but then it was a NA and just wanted to lose a flatspot. Which it did.

Very good price.

Any tales of woe?

All that jazz

Well all seems good. Much more responsive. Pulls like a proper diesel.
MPG has jumped 20% on the trip computer, will see what topping the tank shows in a few days. Showed 56mpg on journey home, lots of 50mph roadworks and slow traffic with a good blast on local roads. Showed over 60mpg on the slow bits. Much as my old Passat did and my Ibiza.
Peak boost level is identical, but spools up earlier and quicker.
Monitored in Torque ap both ways.
For the money if it is vaguely accurate will pay for itself very quickly.

They did my Golf Gti mk 4. 1.8t
The coil pack went next day so I changed all 4 but it was still had a stutter.
I picked it up immediately on the test drive after remap but was told it was normal.
I ended up going to Revo who put the free trial on which cured the problem, so be careful.
You get what you pay for.

Mine was over boosting.
I had to take the car in to Bradford for them to sort it out, because of the free Revo map locking the ECU, so they sorted it to be fair.
