I'd definitely keep the SL - we all need a straight 6, V8, and V12 surely smile

Congratulations on the volvo!

No arguments from me on that front. I've yet to own a v12, quite fancy a 760i at some point.

Far too expensive, but I like the interior.

^^ This. Such handsome cars, and I love a brown/caramel interior.

That interior works for me because it's just the seats and doorcards.

Hate it when manufactures go full sandbox with seats, doorcards, carpets and dash.

100% this. Porsche were particularly bad at it about 10-15 years ago

Audi's in general do nothing for me but theres something about the A8, especially in black. Probably just my unhealthy addiction to violent Statham B-movies.

Lovely - it's running the original metric wheels though isn't it?

Not so sure.... They look a tad bigger than the original metric wheels.

That's what I thought at first glance, looks like an early car.

Each to their own.

Only cheap cars change just seats and door panels...

Increasing trend these days due to cost cutting and everything having to be sport spec.
Sad to see it in even top of the range vehicles.

Black head linings as well. Can't stand them, so claustrophobic!

Interesting way of looking at it, I'd never looked at it from that point of view. My old E38 7 series was beige everywhere except the headlining and steering wheel and to be honest I wished the top part of the dash and door trim was black o
As well. I love cream interiors but I don't particularly like it everywhere! Wen even the steering wheel is beige it just looks awful in my opinion.

I agree with both of you on this one - changing everything is very nice indeed, but too much caramel/tan leather is a heinous crime indeed. For me it should be seats, door cars and carpets matching with dash/wheel etc all in black. I do like a light headlining too.

Agreed. Can't stand the beige dash on the e38/39.
