Nice colour scheme, potentially needs a service, but still good imo.
They service all cars before sale and they do things properly.

Having run a 745i with full history etc they are still very expensive cars to run. But when up to scratch they are truly fantastic barges. I suspect I'll be keeping mine a while if I can because it's cost me so much to run, it's now a good example and it probably wouldn't sell for any more than the other 2 listed!

Think this A8 should be within budget with a wee bit of haggling. Its had a big service & belts recently which is good news.

Back in the day my lady wife chortled at the colour scheme in my Rover 216Gsi (BRG exterior with biscuit tan interior). Swathes of light, airy tan over the dash, seats, door cards - with beuatifully matched walnut strips - right up to the A pillars where standard grey was used.Grey and beige/tan/biscuit are not the best combination. Nice to see Audi are colour blind too.
(But secretly I love it)

So slender and elegant. Car design has gone backwards, hasn't it?From the days when the boss tried to impress people with his good taste, rather than finding the Biggest Wheels : Smallest Engine ratio Germany can manage.

I quite like it too - a softer transition than beige -> black (I hate beige dash tops), and goes nicely with the exterior colour too. Very nice-looking thing that, and that's from someone who hates Audis generally.Grey and beige/tan/biscuit are not the best combination. Nice to see Audi are colour blind too.

Mini leftfield (and LHD) "barge" (okay I just like it!):
BMW E30 Alpina C2 2.7 LHD For Sale (1988) £5,695. I would have guessed it was much more expensive going on the E30 and other Alpina prices from this era.

Get thee behind me Satan. E30 C2 Alpina are my kryptonite, along with E30 325iS 2.7 evo and 333i. BMW E30 Alpina C2 2.7 LHD For Sale (1988) £5,695. I would have guessed it was much more expensive going on the E30 and other Alpina prices from this era.

Does this seem remarkably (too?) cheap for a 600?

Chaps, I need MB 190e assistance.
My local indie has proven useless at sourcing a front window motor for the 190. I recall that r129sl amongst others gave a recommendation of sites to try, but I can't now find them. Any chance someone can help please?
Secondly, any top tips on how to fit - easy?

If you ping me the vin, I'll look up the part number on the EPC. This is Mercedes part number is usually googlable to give a range of alternative part numbers from the various suppliers of oem and pattern parts from which you can take your pick.My local indie has proven useless at sourcing a front window motor for the 190. Are you sure the motor is goosed? i.e. have checked there is power reaching the motor but it doesn't function and that the motor doesn't spring into life if you connect an old battery to it?
I've not changed a motor myself but did do a regulator on the 124 which I can only imagine has a similar difficulty rating. If I can do it you should be good! Google again and youtube are your friends in finding tutorials in this sort of thing.
