Anyone looking to get out of a lease deal
Discussion
I know someone who needs a set of wheels for a short period of time, and remember reading on here somewhere that someone wanted out of a lease deal.
As a thread, if you're looking to get out of a lease deal either pop a post on here or drop a PM over and there's a chance we could make something happen!!

Just out of idle curiously and completely off topic - but why do you both want to get out of your M135i leases?
As much as its a great car, got lots of toys and very fast, after a year of driving it I'm a bit 'meh' as they say. It is at the end of the day just a BMW 1 series with a large engine (which is a peach by the way!) and better brakesI went from a Porsche Cayman and I want to get back in one as I miss it and regret selling it now. Either that or I'm considering shedding/buying something a little cheaper it for a bit after the lease.
When I arranged a lease car for my wife, I was told that was ok, as long as my name was on the insurance documents as a named driver.
You certainly couldn't just give your lease car to someone else, and I'm not sure all lease companies would be happy to arrange to swap your lease to someone else.

As far as I am aware a VAT registered company can transfer a lease car to another VAT registered company.
A personal lease can only be transfered to a VAT registered company.
So a person who wants a personal lease cannot transfer one from a personal or business lease.
Is that a VAT registered private limited company, or can it be transferred to sole traders aswell? A personal lease can only be transfered to a VAT registered company.

VWFS only transfer to private limited company's.
