Nice little insight into using it daily, I sure as hell couldn't put up with such a car as a daily driver! Not even a regular 458, maybe I'm getting old?

The last bit you mentioned is interesting, I disagree that any Ferrari can be enjoyed without breaking the speed limits, I found the F430 Spider I used to own really frustrating in normal driving. The noise and response makes you want to go fast, and when you can't... ARGH!

I have done a bit of driving in 458s, on the track I loved it, pure driving bliss on track, I can only imagine how good the Speciale must be. On the road I certainly thought it was more enjoyable than the F430 at regular, legal speeds, and was thoroughly enjoyable and exciting to drive.

Great that you are out there and enjoying such a fantastic car, thanks for sharing.
This is quite a fitting post, hope Anjum/Woppum will wade in on this at some point talking about track experiences and in Woppums case using it every now and again for his commute.
From what Ive read the speciale feels truly alive on the track, and is where car and owner is happiest where they can actually be let loose without fear of being sent to prison or losing a driving license. It seems that quite a few speciale owners have met take them to the track and say its the best thing they've ever driven.
On the road however, some have said the spaz (speciale) 'just want to go' so wouldn't want to daily drive them as it spoils the occasion and ownership experience for them. They do sound a lot better than a 458 when the flaps are open though...

The Blue one that is mentioned is LHD! A UK car is well above £300k if you could get one.
