I am actively looking for the owner of the number plate JF 80.

i know its a long shot, but does anyone own it on here or know who owns it?

I've got JF80 and so has my wife.

Oh, no, I'm mistaken. Neither of us have it.

How do you know someone has it? I'm guessing you've tried to buy it, for £25k?

It doesn't appear to be on a car at the moment so is probably on retention.
