Couldn't buy it, the quality of the paper and the layout didn't appeal to me.
It may sound strange but even if the writing may be very good it stops me buying the magazine.
Strange that it comes from the same people that do CAR.
Unless it was an introductory offer, remember it's £2.99, not the five quid most of the other mags on better paper cost. Although if CAR is anything to go by, the paper they print it on is nothing like as good as it used to be. It may sound strange but even if the writing may be very good it stops me buying the magazine.

Aside from a £1 price hike, this months was very very good. Probably currently my favourite car mag actually...features all the 10-15 year old cars I liked when new and actually want to buy now!!!
Ditto-my idea of classic cars. They're what I grew up wanting, perhaps only three contemporary cars do it for me enough to buy. Whereas the amount of 80's, 90's and mid 00's cars I want is unreal...Patrick Bateman said:
I wish they'd put less emphasis on what the 'best buy' is and what things are worth.
Exactly; on the front cover it says, "Porsche 996. Follow the smart money, grab a 911 Turbo." Dear oh dear. That also answers Leins's question.I bought a copy anyway but my patience and goodwill are already competing to see which will run out most quickly.
