I didn't claim otherwise, but how is that different than Lithium? If anything I think the supply of the metals required to make suitable magnets for EVs will become a problem before lithium supply does.

ETA: And it's not at all clear to me that either is more of an issue than the supply of platinum for catalytic converters for ICE powered cars.
