Could be a hermes driver delivering parcels?
Could well be. In which case I'd have thought load space, mpg and ease to park/turn it around would be higher priority than nippy and handling.

Dominos delivery mate!! so only need room for a pizza or two. mpg should be the most important factor, however dominos really isnt so important to me that im going to buy a car specifically with its suitability for dominos in mind. And small cars are usually no problem to park /turn but either way im sure id manage.

So you are courier in your own car?

Yet you've been looking at MX-5's (only insurance is too high).

Something still seems fishy. I'm not calling you a liar, but I am saying something doesn't add up. How much of your fuel do you have to fund?

Because if you really have done 20,000 miles in 8 months (2500 miles/month). Then at say 35mpg for town driving, that's £3429 so far on fuel. Or approx £430/month on fuel.
Yeh never worked out how much ive spent on fuel. Those are scary figures but i suppose they are about right? providing your maths is all good. been driving more than 8 months though so i suppose ive done slightly less than 430 per month.

I would have said Suzuki Swift Sport. Great little cars, however I'm not sure if you can get one within budget. If you can go an extra £500/£1000 then you will be able to.

Would love a clio sport or a ctr but insurance will be sky high
look at a mk2 clio rsi. its a 1.6 so down on power over the same model 172 but handle very well along a b road. rarer car but cheap as chips to buy and insure.

cant get over the shockingly ugly appearance. Even though they'd be well suited to me and seem like great cars
