Drugged up driver and pal film their fatal crash

I imagine it's a balance of looking at one thing at a time.

Cause of the accident was the driver failing to observe and/or judge the situation, pulling out into the path of the moving bike and resulting in the accident.

• A secondary contributing factor was the speed the bike was travelling at.

Just my opinion and someone in the know will be along to clarify.
