Say what now?
Rear-wheel steer system has been employed to counteract understeer.
Yes I read that bit too.
Wow, crikey.
What's wrong with chassis development? People carefully tuning springs and dampers? Hmmn? Or is that naive of me?

It was going to be a Tdi, they had the badges made up and everything, but then there was the whole VW thing... So they found some spare "f"s lying around and voila.

Probably.

I agree: it looks amazing. I'd be putting my standard F12 up for sale now (if I had one).

I nearly didn't bother opening this thread because I thought it would be about a TdF blue Ltd Edition F12 with special matching luggage or something.

+1

Feels like the designer was away on his holidays and the engineer shoved the needed bits with his Helix 'Maranello' math set.
+2

I usually prefer the hotted up versions of most cars but I think it looks like it's been battered with a Mansory branded ugly stick.

In the same way that a regular Ferrari F12 has 'F12berlinetta' as its official title, so this new Tour de France has name that's rather an affront to grammar: F12tdf.
As it's missing an indefinite article, this sentence is rather an affront to grammar. wink

Not as pretty as the original. Then again, in my opinion there isn't much else ever that is as beautiful as this..........

At least you know all the aero bits are functional and thoroughly tested. It ain't pretty but if it's functional (which it should be in this particular application) I don't care.

Thanks. Never knew that. Presumably the author didn't either or they would have mentioned it wink
Sooo... were the Fezzas in the TdFA yellow? Doesn't look like it. Seems strange to have it yellow if not due to the *other* TdF...

yes will mask that (carbon?) bit on the wing vent which is the only thing I'm not keen on. Looks fabulous - the re profiling of the rear side windows makes a big difference.

Regardless of the looks (which I like), just imaging 780 horses galloping at full chat. 8,900... wow, that's the kind of thing that makes me mess my panties

Why call it TDf though?

The 250 TDF was named after the race, this has nothing to do with that race.

Just a marketing thing....again. It'll sell like hot cakes.

What next an F12 'Daytona'?
