guys lets just get the data in the wiki.. its a good step forward no point making it OTT...
yes there is potential there for more scope but lets just work with what we have for now...
too many cooks spoil the broth
A key part of the data for each deal is a link to the deal. The data is pretty useless otherwise.yes there is potential there for more scope but lets just work with what we have for now...

Good deal too!

I get what you say, but with knowing the dealer then anyone can find the specific deal themselves. If they can't find the deal then chances are it's been removed or expired, in the same way if a HTML has a dead link.
Historical data can be useful as it can set the benchmark for defining a 'good' deal.
I'm sure in time the wiki will mature and hopefully be useful. Though I imagine most will continue to just use this thread with then a few dedicated members echoing the data in the wiki

Own up - who added the SLK deal from December 2012
Me, for archive prosperity. It was what I had from 2012-14. There were cheaper SLK deals before, but still an OK deal my today's standards.Feel free to delete if it's unnecessary. I also added my 125D from last year.
I see quite a few people ask if x is a good deal. Well I guess it's useful to know how much x was in the past.

I just spotted the Scirocco R deal at the bottom of the Wiki, and this is what I did:If they can't find the deal then chances are it's been removed or expired, in the same way if a HTML has a dead link.
1 - Highlighted 'carlease uk' and Googled it from within Chrome
2 - Arrived at the Carlease UK site.
3 - Navigated to Volkswagen Scirocco deals
4 - Couldn't find anything on a 2 year term as described by the Wiki
5 - Gave up
See what I mean? If there was a direct link then it's one-click to the deal (whilst it's live).
I applaud what you are trying to do, but if the data is inaccurate nobody will use it.
Sorry if I sound like a .

Granted, it's not perfect.
This is the Scirocco deal I found on contract hire and leasing
https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing...
and here it is on the agent's website at +£20
https://www.carlease.uk.com/car-leasing/volkswagen...
Part of the problem, which others have found too, is that many good advertised deals do not actually exist. The agents are just trying to tug in customers. It's tough to manage an accurate database without that practice going on.

Whats the best kind of deal you can get on a Qashqai?
I'm currently leasing a QQ from G2L so can give you something to aim for!Qashqai 1.2 DiG-T Tekna (top spec with leather, cameras, etc)
Options: pano roof, metallic paint
6+23
£1623 down £270pm
The 1.2 is a bit slow on steep hills. I didn't want the diesel. Missus wanted gadgets. V v happy with it. Done 5k already.
VAG 1.2 TSI gets some rave comments, especially when kitted with DSG box and thats less powerful than Nissans effort so I am hoping its not too weak a power unit.
Whats the car like for refinement? I have heard good things.

no leather, but has the pano roof, cameras, ink blue metallic
6+35 (10k miles)
£1124.94 down £187.49pm (personal, plus VAT)
Wife loves it compared to my C220. Easier to get in and out, for both the passengers and pushchair in the boot

Cheapest A4 saloon Oxford can now do now is £207.98 per month on 10k 6+23. No stock cars available. They said they now only get 11% factory discount whereas they had 15% last week.
That's a shame for anyone who hasn't signed up in time then. Not sure what factory discount has got to do with it though, the lease terms would have been set by VWFS, and even it was on a % terms it would have been more than 15%VX Foxy said:
contracthireandleasing is the sttest website ever to find deals on. You're better off trawling the web (or this thread ) yourself.
Sounds like a realistic business opportunity then for someone to come up with a site that's user friendly and accurate. I complained to Contract Hire & Leasing for the same reason about deals not being true when you call up the agent and it was something they were trying to fix but this was over 2 years ago now! Spoke directly to the owner who was a nice chap but possibly an uphill battle.

Some tips for utilising contract hire & leasing to find good deals;- Search for a specific model i.e Golf R 3Dr or S3 TFSI 3Dr S Tronic, the more specific you are with the search the better
- Use the 'keyword search' function to select specific variants. You need to type 3 characters before it lets you select a trim level e.g if you typed 'TFS' under Audi A3 it would bring up all the TFSI audi's so you can navigate to S3 and select that to filter only the S3
- Don't waste time with the engine size, petrol type etc.. If you do the above with search you can filter the results for the specific car you want without wasting time filling in the rest of the filters
- Once you have filtered the specific car, filter the per monthly price and start at the lowest price bracket and move it up £25pm each time until it finds results, this will reduce the number of searches from 1000's down to the cheapest deals
- Note that contract hire & leasing only advertise 8k and 10k mile deals so websites like Solent Vehicle Leasing with 5k mile offers don't show up

I actually ended up placing another order for a 330e, but for an M-Sport version for just a little more than the Sport model that got cancelled.
The deal is available until the end of Feb according to the broker, and is better than the ones I have seen advertised on here.

No you're not being blind. I added it and also later added a half decent A3 saloon deal and they've both been deleted.
