I've already checked and the cheapest is around 1400 on the R. 8-900 on the GTD So quite a difference for me tbh
That's a lot more than I thought it would be. How long have you been driving for?The insurance for the R Estate is going to be £560 along with a 22 year old as named driver...

Incredibly, all Mk7 Golfs come with Radar Cruise. They decided to do it to mark themselves above the competition and with the economies of scale of it being on every car it's cost them hardly anything either.
I don't think the S or bluemotion have it.Pulse00 said:
An S5 for 310 per month! Wow how did I miss that lol!
Also, anyone got their S8 yet!?
They were that price from October until March so really, how did you miss it? Also, anyone got their S8 yet!?
9+23 at £310 for 5k miles, 8k miles jumped up to about £335. I considered one as it fell into my monthly budget but the 3000 deposit and high excess mileage charges put me off plus the interior was looking a bit dated.
I had convinced myself the price would drop even further when the next generation A5 is announced but they never seemed to drop.

Anyone ordered an Audi or VW through Nationwide Vehicle Contracts? I asked about how to access the order tracker but they claimed not to have a clue. If you've found a way to do so that'd be really useful

I think the radar cruise/anti collision that comes std on the R keeps the price down a little
The GTD has that too!Jefferson Steelflex said:
Here you go, something for you non-VW people. No idea if this is genuine as I pulled it straight from AllCarLeasing's website, but if you're in the market for a Mini Cooper S Auto:
Mini Hatchback 2.0 Cooper S 5dr Auto [Chili/Media Pack XL]
6 + 23 @ £179pm, 5k miles
£240 fee
£5400 in total, or £227 per month. Seems very competitive for such a car, especially with both Chili and Media Packs).

Like that, decent replacement for my current lease and would be a contender if still available in 6 months.Mini Hatchback 2.0 Cooper S 5dr Auto [Chili/Media Pack XL]

Website says £163 inc VAT, which is a pretty good price for a £20k premium hatch. Styling outside is challenging but the interior is nice. Dario1 said:

Wow I pay more than that on my A3 1.9tdi. Guess the insurance just isn't great in my area. Second driver is my dad - a 45 year old. I've been driving for Nearly 3 years. The insurance for the R Estate is going to be £560 along with a 22 year old as named driver...
