What's the general consensus on options with a lease? I've been quoted £183 a month for a standard car but add on metallic paint (£550 option from the manufacturer) and it goes upto £212! So in total for that £550 paint, it will cost over £900 on a 9+23 deal
Take the standard options otherwise not worth it

If you're doing options better to cash upfront for them rather than spreading over the monthlies

That's what I thought, just not too keen on the standard paint

Discussed earlier. If it's good option so likely to make the car worth more, find a leaser that will let you have it below cost.

Just signed up for a Golf R on lease, 2 years, 10k pa, 6+23 £1828 then £304pm with no admin, unlike gateway 2 lease! It's a 5 Door manual, white, no extras, hence the price.
That looks a good deal, is that inc vat?

I'm struggling to find a good BMW i3 with Range Extender deal. The best so far is this:
https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/car-leasing...

If I can get a good deal I'll put it through my business, however, if not I'll go for something more interesting like an S3/M135.

Has anyone seen a better deal than this one for an i3 please?
Hi cheese,

PM's are still down I think. Click my username and email me directly, I think I can help you.

I received an update on my S8 today. It is delayed as expected but no confirmation of an ETA yet. Expecting more news in the next day or two.
Cheers for the update, do lets us know if and when you hear anything else.

I was told mine was pushed back from March/April to June but the broker didn't sound very convincing and I got the feeling it was more guesswork.

Coolio, although the fees will be just wrapped into the deal (included in the monthly rather than listed as a seperate fee with lower monthlies) to make you feel better. They don't do it for nowt! biggrin
Figured that but the best we had before was £810 upfront (including fees) and £195 a month so we saved a bit up front and essentially got free maintenance. We were finalising the deal until the other company got in touch just in time and beat it. An hour later and the paperwork would have been submitted.

I've now been told June at the latest but info seems in short supply from Audi.

I had an email from fish brothers Peugeot in Swindon offering both of these on a 1+11, 10k limit:

108 £99 +VAT pcm
208 £119 +VAT pcm

That's almost throw away money territory!

N.B. This was sent to my business email address so could only be for businesses.

IMHO it's best if all deals are shared on the forum. Otherwise it just comes across as if you're using PH for your business rather than for the general good.

Just incase anyone is interested we managed to get a deal on a Polo GTI.

3 door in black with DSG box
£585 up front with no admin fee
£195 a month fully maintained
24 month deal
8k per annum and £56 every 1000 over that, although 8k is enough
Above includes VAT.

Got it from Steve at QVS, very helpful and highly recommended.

Got ours via QVS too, very professional (Arval not so much...) and Steve a pleasure to deal with.

I've merged some tables and added the model spec to the comments field.
eg. 1 table per make and model. Engine and trim spec in the Comments.
Otherwise in time the wiki would soon grow out of control, IMHO.
I can add a 'Specification' column' to the tables if that helps.
