GOLF R

I have just been informed by a VW dealer, that there will be a supported deal for the VW Golf R, available in Q3 (July onwards). Might be worth waiting for if you are looking for one.
I saw this just before I signed for an R - any more details? Probably hang back now if this has weight behind it.

Thanks, Doesn't the BIK make most business only deals much less appealing these days?
Yes it does.
You can still pay for the business deals through your personal bank a/c. You just need to give your ltd co. details to make yourself eligible.
I'm guessing that they limit some vehicles to business' just to restrict the take-up.
Are there no issues going that route then? You don't register it through your company at all and just use the number as an introduction to the lease co, so there is no BiK etc?
Seek the advice of an accountant.
elsewhere!

A6 stuff
I enquired about. An A6 ultra 190 Black which was advertised on ContractHire for £340 on a 3+35 deal last night, it came back today at £430/month and I'm told that All A6 prices are going up with the new model being released.

looks kind of OK, not sure it's that great but then I am not keeping a close eye on passat deals (apart from the obvious recent ones!)

From what I've seen it's pretty good, a few weeks ago I couldn't get within about £70/month of that so took passats off my list.

Although to be fair I was using Lings almost exclusively for my research, balanced viewpoint eh!

well just because it's cheaper than before doesn't make it a great deal when you compare with other makes and models. Also, it just depends how much you simply have to have a passat. It's just a diesel estate after all, to be honest if those are your requirements then the world is almost your oyster.

I've had the below quote as one option for the next family bus;

Volvo XC60 Diesel Estate (D4) 190 R Design Nav 5dr (2017)

6 + 35
10,000 miles per annum, 4500 excess miles charged at 10p per mile then 15p thereafter
Initial payment £1,662.06 (inc VAT)
Monthly payments £277.01 (inc VAT)

Admin fee of £180 inc VAT.

Any thoughts or better deals around?

Kicking myself for missing out on that Yeti deal last week (£3047 over 2 years), but it was gone before it ever seemed to get going.

Having only started looking at leasing in the last week i'm wondering is those cheap deals come up often?

So i'm now looking at a 1.2 TSI SE Outdoor Yeti and it's looking around £4800 total over 2 years for 8k on personal lease.

Or is the following deal normal going rate? Ie I wouldn't be overpaying?

9+23
£139.94 / month
8k
£1259.46 upfront
Select Car Leasing

Do I take this up or hang around for a bit to see what else appears?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Doesn't seem bad to me. Whose it with? People might think it's a tear too long and also due to the fact that the new one is out next year too.
