Indeed, no wonder people keep setting fire to his cars, Lord ffs, he isn't a Lord, he is the brattish son of criminal by all accounts and that behaviour towards the Police shows his true self, I have only watched one of his videos, would never watch another.
People say that it's his dad's business buying the cars and he just drives them - but if that's the case, how is he able to buy the Aventador SV and put a personalised plate on it which refers to himself and advertise some watches he flogs on the side of it? scratchchin

I suppose being 26 I'm considered their target audience, however I find it absolutely sad to a certain point. If you're from money, or have acquired excessive amounts of money, I'd say crack on with your vlogs and show people what they want, overly powerful supercars driving amazing roads, disregard with the tosh. These absolute knobsprockets like SOL and that other jerk in the Jag need to pack-it-in. I have never heard of people so pretentious about what they're driving yet so clueless.

Shmee seems to be getting loads of stick, I'm fairly new to these forums but a quick look through other subs and he's popped up a few times! For the most part, his videos are quite bland and I couldn't stomach more than the into, but there are some truly interesting ones also, particularly (to me) the visits to tuners such as A-B-T.

I'm only subscribed to one of the chaps, as previously mentioned by others, Mr JWW. You know he's from money, he's relatively funny (see the outtake of an intro where he's laid on a table) and he absolutely loves his vehicles! Hoping he doesn't start taking the route of pointless vlogs detailing his McDonalds run and how he finds the steering wheel material on his newest vehicle.

Oh, I don't mind STG but agree on SOL. I thought STG is some sort of IT consultant who's done well?

I've been watching Doug Demuro lately ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsqjHFMB_JYTaEnf_...)

I think he's very entertaining and informative. He buys some interesting stuff, particularly to live with it for a certain period of time and report us on it.
He bought a Hummer, imported a RHD Skyline, bought an Aston, Ferrari.

So he is objecting to being pulled over, well, to avoid being pulled over perhaps just try being polite, smile, perhaps even have a little banter with the officers and in future they will perhaps leave you alone ? act like a spoilt little dick, insult their job and how much it pays then you are going to get pulled again and again. Of course if you are associated to crime then they will give you a lot of attention, and pound to a penny there is some interesting finance going on behind those cars.

I suspect that there was a little bit of noise involved, a quick squirt of throttle to make people look (As if a white Lambo convertible isn't getting enough attention) and the officers perhaps just were asking him to drive carefully.

I think if Shmee got the camera unglued from his face and just toned it down a bit then his videos would be far better and more watchable. He has the best access to machinery, has been doing it for longer and has connections. I don't follow his channel but if he features stuff like ABT and Ruf I would find those far more interesting than the usual OMG supercar stuff which is pretty played out by now.

JWW has a very relaxed and informal manner on screen. The key to why his videos are so much better to me is this, he doesn't come across as forcing his personality (real or fake) on his viewers or trying too hard to please everyone, he's just chilled and it makes for far better viewing. He also gives genuine opinions like a real journalist, not just sucking up to manufacturers and saying everything they do is perfect.

And he's a bit of a dude so doesn't need to pretend to be cool. This is where the others primarily come way short, compensating for lack of personality with overtly camp and ludicrous behavior, stretched vowels and general immaturity which means the cringe factor is high.

Disclaimer: All in my opinion of course.

"Hellooooo one and aaaall, welcome to seen through glaaaaarse"

That genuinely fks me off beyond all recognition. I'd say it makes me borderline psychotic and want to punch his stupid face in. fk he's annoying as hell and I hate all their click baiting stuff.

Of course as much as they are all rather annoying I'm sure they are nice blokes in "real life" I just wish they did some "normal" stuff and reviewed some normal cars!

What also does my nut in is them getting other people in on the act like "miss Emma walsh"

The girl only had one stty video and got 13k subscribers!

I don't watch Scmee's stuff, it's not my cup of tea but he comes into way too much criticism for it all to be about general interest.

Don't like don't watch, easy.

I've said it before, plenty of scumbags out there making money out of other people's misery. He's not dealing drugs or stealing pensioners life savings, live and let live.

He recently did a similar stunt but not quite as bad in his own vlog. The police went by and he made a comment about them being filth. He also made another comment recently about them giving them a lot of hassle.

Perhaps it is to do with his dad having a dodgy past and clearly he has been brought up to hate the police. He also drives like an absolute tool which is probably why he gets stopped.

I think the only thing she is known for is having her wedding proposal given to her in a supercar or some st. Like that wasn't staged or she didn't know about it beforehand.

At the end of the day these people are blessed to have the time and money to make youtube videos I just wish it served a purpose like informing us of something rather than just bullst click baiting to pull in the views.

I've got quite into "performance cars" channel. He's got some good content yet doesn't pull in 1% of these guys views or subscribers.

Thank God Pistonheads and evo magazine, auto express etc are around to provide me with car entertainment!

When I saw Miss Emma Walsh I thought she could be good, someone easy on the eyes who knows cars. Then I watched the video of her driving a Rolls Royce Ghost, and she didn't know what a Heads-Up Display was. Combined with the fact her videos aren't that original and often made off the back of STG, Shmee etc., cue sad face frown

Is that the guy with the Jag? He's so camp he comes across as Liberace and Julian Clary's offspring on a constant drip of nuclear grade caffeine.

I'm going to become a vlogger! I have only just thought about this!

I only have a few of the attributes to be successful though. I have a really annoying voice but I'm not posh or wealthy, neither are my parents but I am quite boring and monotonous, so who's excited! I am determined to get a 10 minute video together about stuff. I have an MX5 and I will blog about that.

So the challenge, if you think at the moment car content is a crock of dung lets us collectively do better and each of us create video gold!
