Pretty much like all the other crass, boring American based car channels.

Wow, another car, this time a new Focus RS!

So the current/expected list:
-Ferrari FF (SH10 MEE)
-Mercedes AMG GTR
-Aston Martin Vantage GT8
-Ford Focus RS (SH13 MEE)
-Porsche Cayman GT4 (SH14 MEE)
-McLaren 675LT Spider (SH15 MEE)
-Mini Cooper Sport (87 TB)

I just don't understand how you can fully appreciate driving the cars with 7 cars to choose!

The other plates are 12 and 16 respectively.

I do around 30k miles a year in my cars, so I see them being used something like:

Mini - just small journeys around London, a bit of fun

Focus RS - mostly living in Scotland where I visit fortnightly

GT4 - epic drives, but possibly being replaced with GT8 in due course

GT8 - the above epic drives

FF - general mileage, visiting family, going to events, travel to Germany, ski trips etc

675LT Spider - special occasions, shipping out to fun driving roads elsewhere, track days

AMG GT R - I want to use this for serious road trip mileage, meeting up with LT Spider at the other end and Ford GT should I be so lucky

Fair play to you, can't say I am not at all envious.
Was SH11 MEE not available, or is that going to be another surprise wink

Neither 11 nor 17 are available due to the rude words they look like!

Do you let your hoes drive these beauties? What if they kerb the wheel, would you have them pay for the refurb, or better a new wheel? I always wanted to know that.

Focus RS will be great in the Scottish Highlands that sounds like a good pairing.

Lol, lay off Shmee. He's alright in my book. Content is a bit drab, but there are some diamonds in the rough. I haven't watched many of his videos recently, but I really enjoyed the GoodWood run in the GTR. But regarding his cars, he explained how he was able to get early access to cars such as the GT4 and the 675LT's by basically saying if you don't ask, you don't get. That's fair enough.

All this aside, what about Salomondrin?! Easily the best car Youtuber. He was/is in the movie industry and you can tell in his videos, plus they are very tongue in cheek. Sure he may be targeting a younger demographic with 'Penis Points' and stuff like that, but he also has something for us car nuts. He's fairly open with his cars and what he does. I think he hinted at a different P1 GTR thing aside from the P1 GTR LM. He said he can't mention it otherwise he will be on bad terms with McLaren, but I think he's saying he's going to get whatever it is. What is your opinion on Salomondrin?
Just watched this guy, couldnt remember his name but seen a few of his vids. Trendy beardy guy yes. Instantly forgettable.

You won't see anyone else mentioned here doing a hotboxing a McLaren video...

Like Mr JWW, I get the feeling Salomondrin is actually interested in the technical/driving side of autos and actually drives these things how they were designed to be driven. Monky London is another on that list.. Different type of cars (A lot of JDM stuff) but still is knowledgable and can drive.

Mo Vlogs: just checked his views for the week before last, averaging 1.2m views per video, 7 videos in that week. How much is he making?

Pulled of Socialblade.
ESTIMATED MONTHLY EARNINGS
£6K - £95.3K
ESTIMATED YEARLY EARNINGS
£71.4K - £1.1M
Absolutely cannot stand this guy when his vlogs are around cars. Yes, he may be around, or drive some real exotic cars, but he doesn't know anything about them! He just looks at cars and says "Oooh that's a blue car, that's a Ferrari, that car is fast etc." He's got to have some basic knowledge at least. To be fair, he does just vlog, and isn't a car-based vlogger. He also has click bait titles, but I'm guessing we aren't his target demographic considering the content he posts.

Does that mean all SH17 plates will be unavailable when due for release next year?

Unfortunately so. The question was asked to the DVLA on my behalf and the response was that they wouldn't be launching.

You don't really want a numberplate saying "SHI7 MEE" really though do you.

If I was lucky enough to get a Ford GT allocation, I would very happily register it on 01/03/2017 wearing that! Unfortunately that's not to be.

No wonder none of them work! It was always assumed the ever absent father was the sponsor to all of this. Turns out his father is divorced from his mother and has modest assets. The father then discovered they were living very comfortably, and returns, his motives we can probably guess at. Mo and his family decline to speak to him, but he gets upset and returned to put a scratch on Lana’s Lambo. Yes, the guy caught on CCTV, was their father, allegedly.

There’s a certain charm about Mo, and his biggest ‘click bait’ of course is his sister. Kind of ironic that he attracts more hits than the financed to the hilt / financed by the bank of mum and dad, brigade. Good luck to him.

Intrigue got the better of me and I had a look at Mo Vlogs and I am left even more bemused.

Whilst an affable enough chap, his life seems immensely lonely and dull as ditch water. A house like a dental surgery and he spends his days "vlogging" about sweet FA, a trip out to get a coffee or to go for a burger somewhere with his fairly hot sister and his fairly hot mum. He seems to have no friends, no job and no real hobbies. What on earth are people watching this for?! Surely even frustrated teenagers can find better 18+ sites to knock one out than a half-decent looking sister with a lambo (and seemingly F all going on in her life too).

Of the 3 videos I skim-watched, in one he was cracking some walnuts and in another throwing a bottle with some water in it to try to land it stood up. Immensely interesting and worthwhile stuff we can all aspire to. I am transfixed.

Shmee et al might not be to my liking, but at least they have some road trip content or something going on. This bloke just seems to do a vlog of a very uninteresting insular life and people go wild for it. WTF am I missing here? 90% of my friends' lives are far more interesting than this fella?
