Why A Car Collection and Not a Hypercar? - By far for me the best of Tims video's, he came across like a much more mature guy and enthusiastically spoke about what's important to him and his buying decisions.
I stopped watching the Shmee vids but after this I'll look forward to the next one. I only cringed at one point, right at the end when he said 'new Shmee mobile'... grrr...
But hey I'm old.

You don't really want a numberplate saying "SHI7 MEE" really though do you.
If I was lucky enough to get a Ford GT allocation, I would very happily register it on 01/03/2017 wearing that! Unfortunately that's not to be.
So you're not getting a GT? Is that official?

I think he was referring to the plate not being available.

I assumed so but that post could have a second bottom. Let's wait for the man himself to confirm.

I have no idea, I believe Ford will be calling their chosen customers next month. My reference was purely to the impossibility to have the number plate. If I got it, I'd pull 87 TB back from the Mini for it and put something else on that.

On its own, not very classy, but in a garage alongside SH10 MEE, SH12 MEE, SH13 MEE, SH14 MEE, SH15 MEE and SH16 MEE you can see why I'd like it...

Well I hope you get one. At least it will be used and I'll be able to see it at events.

Sort of, yes, but would you really feel happy driving around with a number plate effectively spelling out "st me"?

I don't know about Shmee but if I had a new Ford GT I'd drive around happily with a number plate that said WAN*ER or pretty much anything else. Probably even with a loud speaker that constantly repeated the phrase "I have a tiny willy".

What is your opinion on Salomondrin?
Easily watchable and engaging. He's the only one I watch. The Banging Gears videos they do are on a par with anything produced by Top Gear in my opinion.
Yeah I agree, I'd never heard of him until I saw this thread, looked him up the other day and have watched a few of his videos since. I think he's a little like MrJWW, both obviously have a great passion for cars and just post their stuff out the enjoyment of owning and driving them as they where intended.

Intrigue got the better of me and I had a look at Mo Vlogs and I am left even more bemused.

Whilst an affable enough chap, his life seems immensely lonely and dull as ditch water. A house like a dental surgery and he spends his days "vlogging" about sweet FA, a trip out to get a coffee or to go for a burger somewhere with his fairly hot sister and his fairly hot mum. He seems to have no friends, no job and no real hobbies. What on earth are people watching this for?! Surely even frustrated teenagers can find better 18+ sites to knock one out than a half-decent looking sister with a lambo (and seemingly F all going on in her life too).

Of the 3 videos I skim-watched, in one he was cracking some walnuts and in another throwing a bottle with some water in it to try to land it stood up. Immensely interesting and worthwhile stuff we can all aspire to. I am transfixed.

Shmee et al might not be to my liking, but at least they have some road trip content or something going on. This bloke just seems to do a vlog of a very uninteresting insular life and people go wild for it. WTF am I missing here? 90% of my friends' lives are far more interesting than this fella?

Mo vlogs constantly shows up in recommended videos despite blocking him.. furious
He sits on his ass all day filming his sisters cars because he has no job. Quite sad really.

I just don't get why anyone watches this guff or even more bizarrely why advertisers pay anything for the eyeballs. They all look and sound like public school boys to me which makes me instantly suspicious that they're just running round spending daddy's money. Fair play if it's all paid for just by people watching it though. I guess I'm old. I don't understand the Kardasians and all that drivel either.

The world would be a better place without the Kardashians.
