A crack like that is only going to have one outcome at some point in the future. Looks like it'll eventually split all the way round and come away from the car. Not the normal splitting crack you get on runflats, although neither are a good sort.

Before I knew, I had a wheel fixed properly! Drilled Cut out a v and welded. Lasted about a year and split in the same place.
