Reinstallation is no bother, and the car doesn't really know it's 4WD, it's a permanent passive system, so it does not create any problems. It's been done by hundreds of owners, so it's clearly not just some rare fad. What's more, when Lamborghini do it themselves, it's universally lauded as an improvement on the 4WD cars.

As much as I want to like it, it still looks and sounds like a compromised marketing decision rather than a proper Lambo product.

having driven a few of these, can help but thinking the interior and especially the use of plastics on the door opening latches and air vents on the interior have no place on a car like this. Hop in an Aventador and its a totally different story.

RWD definitely good news, but was left distinctly underwhelmed by the last one i drove.

I'd find it very surprising if they didn't sell them all, open to correction of course. Jeez very hard to win sometimes around here, a rwd lambo and it gets the thumbs down

Don't think it's the thumbs down on the RWD, more the absurd notion that one of the worlds prestige car manufacturers has been researching, testing and producing 4WD cars that handle like pigs. So much so that every owner (supported by the manufacturer) is rushing out and altering the car to make it drivable.
I think we may just have heard about this if it was the case.

I put 16K miles on a recent 4WD Lambo and know many others who did similar and I can't recall any conversations along the lines of "Christ this thing handles like a complete pig, I can't wait to swap out a load of parts and make it drive properly".

Each to there own of course and no doubt the RWD conversion offers different characteristics that some drivers may prefer but that's a long way from "They all handle like pigs". Fairy stories.

Have to disagree , Murcies don't handle like pigs at all , you need to set the car up before you get to the corner and it punishes inaccuracies, but you are very aware of that big v12 out the back , but the most secure fast car I've ever owned as long as you drive at 9/10's and not like a yoof dullard.

I don't get though why you would want to make your car more scary for the sake of 30 odd kgs and de-tune the engine and don't tell me there aren't little nannies working after you switch the traction control off. Also it looked really snappy when the grip returned and I'd hate to drive the 2wd Huracan quickly on anything but bone dry roads . I'm quite sure you could dial out the inherent understeer with some front-end set up changes on the 4wd version . Just a personal thing on the looks huummm ...like it's been designed with an over zealous use of the set square on the front . Not for me this one ,ill stick with my manual v12 thanks.
