Why do idiots film themselves doing this kind of thing. Surely the police can just employ a person to make arrests from youtube?

That's the second idiot I've seen on youtube today, the first one was on a bike. In fact here's the video: (he has loads it seems)

More wtf driving in the latest episode of Exposed: UK Bad Drivers: https://youtu.be/0zrzoqm8WDY
And still they keep coming - latest edition here: https://youtu.be/2FQpW6SizZM

I'd like to think that, pre-YouTube, I was already prepared, for the unexpected when driving, but these videos do hammer it home that you've got to keep your wits about you, to allow for all the morons on the road.

Vw will learn that's what happens when you sell £200 lease cars, it isn't going to do them any good in the long run for all sorts of reasons.

They won't be leased, they'll be on short term rent

Correct, exactly the same what happens with supercars hired for the wedding season around west Yorkshire. The drivers don't care 1 bit for authorities and I've heard this directly from the guys driving the cars.

The sheer volume of RS3 & Golf R's around this area is staggering considering they're 30k motors.

Surely the video can be downloaded from Youtube, and sent to the police. Will be more than enough to prosecute.

There is many a slip between identifying the number plate and identifying the driver, especially
if/when dealing with the underclass.

This is the reality of rented/twocced/lent cars in Bradford/Keighley

http://www.thetelegraphandargus.co.uk/news/1470827...

"AN UNINSURED driver caught speeding at more than 130mph on the Bingley bypass - believed to be the highest recorded by police on the road - has been disqualified from driving for two years.
Kahsam Farooq, 20, who was in a Volkswagen Golf R32, was caught during Operation Steerside, a crackdown on dangerous drivers in the Bradford district, at about 12.30am on May 16 this year...
When he was eventually stopped, Farooq told police the Golf was registered with a man at an address in Thornton, Bradford, and was insured to another man in Settle, North Yorkshire...
Convicting him in his absence of all three offences, they also ordered him to pay a total of £932, which included a £770 fine, £77 surcharge and £85 court costs..."
