What a stupid annoying sounding fking bh. Wonder if she sounds like that when you "stick it in the wrong hole."

Also how moronic are people, look at the way at https://youtu.be/P9zzndPnya0?t=3m38s the car just rolls off to the side. It's litearlly rolling away, how can people not stop and check on the driver incase they're having a stroke or something. Honestly.

"ModdedMoto" is one of those isn't he ?

He's also not too smart - so the bloke in the grey ST prevents him from getting ahead of the cars (maybe a previous incident we didn't see?) Mr Moto gets all indignant shaking his head and so on, then tries to undertake the car as they pull away, doesn't strike me as very clever.
Not sure if youve ever met an ST owner but most of them are cocks. Plenty of drivers will do this (and have done it to me) without any provocation.

Maybe so, but thats even more reason not to try and undertake, surely ?

If I think someone is an idiot on the roads I let them get on with it and keep well away.

I recall a television programme with Danny Baker where he showed old television clips including one of a school headmaster and an interviewer in the 1960s talking at great length in very posh accents about fags. Annoyingly I can't find it anywhere.

I have found this from South Park though.

I would add however this was a Scottish Presbyterian Co-Ed school, not one of the English "single sex" ones.....if you know what I refer to

Maybe he needs to learn that that is not an offence and he's was way back when the van pulled out.

I am soooooo starting to hate these dashcam warrior types. Small minded idiots.

I'm just enjoying the irony of the biker getting angry at someone stopping him perform an illegal manoeuvre. You don't have a divine right to push to the front and sit in the cycle box.

Cycle box, maybe not, but filtering to the front... you certainly don't have the right to block someone else's safe overtake at any time, let alone when you're already stationary.

He was going for an illegal undertake on the Focus

What the focus did was also illegal.
Trying to filter through at the traffic lights was also perfectly legal.

I'm definitely on the bikers side on this one. Although I can see it from the ST drivers POV too - perhaps doesn't want to risk the bike touching the side of the car but the goes full retard on blocking the undertake.

Maybe not the exact words, but if the police saw it they'd take a pretty dim view

It a difficult one. There is no law (there was, but it was removed) so it has to be a due care or dangerous driving. In these cases, both the bike and the st could equally be charged.

I do wonder if there was previous, or the st had experience of damage, but it looked more like a knob.

You're referring to overtaking on the inside ('undertaking' is something undertakers do with corpses). It's specifically referred to in the Highway Code only in relation to motorway rules (Rule 268) and, more generally, undertaking on the left when a vehicle is signalling to turn right. Even then is a 'should not', not a 'must not'. You could still be considered to be driving without due care or similar, but in this instance filtering on a bike is perfectly legal and safe, especially when the surrounding traffic is stationary.

Filtering is legal, but I'm referring to the part afterwards where he speeds up and pulls in to try and get past the Focus
