Biker is a dick with clear anger issues. That wasn't filtering, that was pushing in.

The woman deliberately rammed him. If you get that angry about a motorbike going in front (who doesn't need a ticket so would have been let straight out) you shouldn't be driving. Hopefully she gets charged with failing to report an injury accident.

To be honest, my view was that she was faffing about with her ticket or looking to the right and focussing on the ticket machine. Who would expect a bike to travel up your nearside?

100% this^.

Nobody could rightfully be expected to consider the possibility that some throbber on a bike will cut in from the left.

Unfortunately though, I think her insurance will be taking the hit as rightly or wrongly she moved forwards when it wasn't clear. There's quite a gap between him getting in front and her tapping him.
