Looks like the truck has pushed the Pug off the outside of the island at the beginning and is making off. However chasing it and trying to force that sort of driver to stop is just stupid beyond reason.

Just the other night, Mercedes Taxi and Nissan Blob pull out right in front of me on a roundabout. Pretty normal stuff and I was going to let it go but the Nissan then proceeds to dawdle despite pulling out even later than the Merc so I give him a blast and he brake checks me.

They were on the roundabout you need to give way to them ( as they do you)
If it happens again just hold back a bit and relax

i'm not a fan of people accelerating on a roundabout, as it is difficult to judge speed pulling out.

As I say, normally I do, but these guys pulled out just in front of me, ignoring the following:

Highway code rule 185
When reaching the roundabout you should

[b]
- give priority to traffic approaching from your right, unless directed otherwise by signs, road markings or traffic lights[/b]
- check whether road markings allow you to enter the roundabout without giving way. If so, proceed, but still look to the right before joining
- watch out for all other road users already on the roundabout; be aware they may not be signalling correctly or at all
- look forward before moving off to make sure traffic in front has moved off.

At that time of day youre in effect taking it in turns merging unmerging.
If you hadnt had a dashcam would most of us even bothered flashing lights or hooting for the sec of the 0.1 sec easing off, if any easing off was needed at all

You did accelerate quite quickly towards them, you've kind of gone out of your way to be offended by giving them a blast.
