Even if the pedestrian had not been there, that kind of acceleration has no place in a city centre. Anyone could wander into the road at any time, and nailing the throttle from a start is the best way to surprise someone and yourself.

The overtake at 2:40 took the complete piss, I'm all up for overtakes on the a road but doing it in the 30 zone where we literally have kids running across those traffic lights all the time is just taking the piss.

Yes I did take off off the line as fast as possible to block him from overtaking me, but as you can see the guy is a total douche.

Golf driver is without doubt a complete and utter bellend who seems to need locking up before he kills someone. Assuming there was evidence of that previously, no way would I "engage " with him in that sprint from the lights...

I'm trying to get the sound out as my reaction to it was amusing as I didn't expect him to get into the right lane until the very last second. At those lights I usually have it in manual mode and drag out the acceleration just for the noise.

I think I had rights to speed up when the lights went green however I wanted. Not my fault he was in the ridiculous place that he was. Did you see his overtake at 2:40? The guy is clearly not all there....

+1 sump...he had every right to be where he was, he was just in HIS lane, he did not block anyone as he was the lead car in the correct lane.

Not at all, the right lane is not going for straight on. Take a look at my picture, he was in the right lane for turning right only....

He has the right to overtake though, if he can do it successfully. Just like I have the right to accelerate as hard as I want without being interrupted but him.

Surprising. I didn't know DB9 drivers did things like that. You obviously enjoyed yourself a lot there, but I think it would have been funnier if the cars were the other way around.
