That guy must have an issue with the black jag, same reg, different dates on the dash cam between the two clips, something fishy going on.

Listening to the audio and his nervous tick breathing/sniffing/coughing, I get the impression he may genuinely have a disorder of some sort. Which coupled with his level of rage displayed and screaming at people to pull over, is a bit of a concern. Especially after the recent incident where a man known to be mentally ill stabbed a 69 yr old man to death (39 times) at the road side after a road rage episode.

In the video above he actually steers into the path of the Jag undertaking him, meanwhile he's sat in on the right holding up all traffic behind him


The scariest thing is that he seems to be less than 10 miles away from me...

definately some massive mental issues. he rages at anyone in the right lane driving even slightly faster then he does. if anything breaks his concentration/gets his attention or requires him to use a single braincell (if he even has one) he goes into a rage. he makes lots of strange noises too. he really seems to struggle with any interaction.

That guy seriously needs to be off the road. As well as all of the above listed - he also feigned a swerve into the car that was passing on the left. If that car had overreacted to this - it could have ended very seriously indeed.

Not necessarily a personal vendetta. If he drives the same roads at the same times everyday he'll inevitably encounter the same other people who do.

I remember a while ago encountering a guy hogging the middle lane on this motorway where the M62 joins it, doing less than 50mph, who had 20's Plenty stickers all over the back of his car and seemed to be trying to tempt people into picking a fight with him. It may well have been this guy.

He clearly has a serous mental issue and is driving under the influence of a near constant red mist which takes his mind off safe driving. One of these days he'll encounter someone equally unstable who wants to hammer through traffic like a loony and push people out of the way instead of holding it up to provoke people. Many accidents are caused by the coming together of the two trying to enforce their interpretation of the rules in their own ways.
