I think alot of these videos just goes to show how intolerant people are, and I find it amazing that some people actively seek to make situations for really no other point and then post online. I think alot of these morons could do well to remember that, just because you're in the right doesn't mean it's the right place to be. Faux pas and mistakes happen. it could be said what a sad bunch of tossers mankind is becoming smile

Collision happens at 1:19
50:50 technically because the overtaking car should have recognised that the gap wasn't big enough (or moved over further).

Of course, it's all really caused by the knob-end in the Golf trying to police the roads and stop people pushing in as he sees it, would love to see some of these twunts picked up for inconsiderate driving or something.
I doubt the idiot will even have learned his lesson. Utter knobhead straddling two lanes and trying to obstruct passing cars.
It's actually me who obliterates her wing mirror, according to her and the witness' I shouldn't have been "pushing in" (its about 250m before a merge in turn) and I owe her a wing mirror, she's getting an estimate from a garage today.

I imagine there is a strong argument for 50 50 as I could've probably stopped in time, might just pay for her wing mirror as the last time I had a non fault accident my insurance sky rocketed.

They've just passed a junction with cars joining/leaving, so quite common and sensible to need lane 2 there.

..and then with incoming Mach 2 cocksockets in the mirror, the absolute LAST thing you want to do is make *any* kind of lane change maneouvre.

Still possibly an MLM, but I'd give the benefit of the doubt. Except they have a dashcam smile

The lorry didn't "ram" the Merc down the motorway, he made an immediate controlled stop over to the hard shoulder to stop the Merc from being pushed back into oncoming traffic. The drivers initial move was careless, but once contact had been made he did a good job of slowing them both down safely.

Typical over dramatic reporting.

Can't tell on my phone whether the lorry is a foreign one. If it's left hand drive the Mercedes would've been invisible sitting on his right side. No excuses for driving into someone, he should've saw the Merc overtaking initially and waited till it was in view ahead of him to pull out. He managed to come to a safe stop though, if the lorry had just slammed on the brakes immediately after contact the Merc could've gone anywhere.
