Don't beep at people who are already willing to put you in danger, the next guy might be a psycho.

Scary stuff. That'll put hair on your legs laugh

Agreed. Cam car was on the horn but not slowing down. Grade A cockjockey who should be prosecuted.
And the van driver was perfectly justified in trying to force his way in rather than braking?

My thought on the cyclist is that if you want to go looking for trouble then you'll easily find it.

Bell-end cyclist and bell-end SUVist.

I do have a suspicion that if a cyclist needs to have two recording cameras on his route then he's either wanting to goad drivers in order to get youtube views or he's had numerous encounters with drivers and wants to get 'evidence', which suggests that he may be an incompetent biker?

Cyclist looks like one of the "trying to beat my PB" types rather than a "I need to go to the shops". Once he knew the truck was coming past, a cyclist the roads are designed for would just slow up, let the bad driver past, and then carry on (exactly what the car driver in the car vs van clip should have done).

However a cyclist using the roads for their own personal time trial...well he will not take the sensible option.

Avoidable by braking at 0:16.
Avoidable by van driver obeying highway code.
In what way?

Having viewed a couple of times I think the van was following the bike around the roundabout in a normal manner. DCW decides to accelerate hard and get in between them when he should have given way to the van already on the roundabout.
Dashcammer's fault, clearly.
It looks like the dashcammer wheel span just after he set off from his stationary position. Probably to get to the exit first before the van. He may have even cut the van up?

You only have to look at the cyclist's clothing to know 'the type'.

ATEOTD this is what happens when 2 nutjobs meet.

Ambulance behind you with blue lights on? Why not just stop dead in front of them, that will help them get to the emergency quicker

Anyone who jumps out of a vehicle with a weapon is unhinged to say the least.

Simple mistake.

Thought the temporary sliproad was the hard shoulder, and the temporary l1 was the sliproad.
Your first word is missing these letters "ton"
Yes, good point. The mistake of a fool, but a mistake.

I have something very similar when in roadworks, the two lanes open moved onto the hard shoulder, the person in front went straight on, without realising they had effectively gone from l1 to l2 without looking.

Dashcammer should have backed off. There's no point in behaving like a cretin just because others are. However...

Dashcammer was in the correct lane for that Exit (see the Prius and the Transit that joined the roundabout in front of him). he was in the LH lane going straight ahead. It seems the M/bike and the Berlingo/Partner were coming from the RHS. Berlingo should have perhaps have taken the exit behind the Dashcammer rather than in front of him.

Although on second viewing it may be that Dashcammer and Whitevan were parralel on the roundabout and Dashcammer sped up to keep van on the outside. that would explain why he was so quick to use the horn - he was expecting the Whitevan to cut him up....

Van may well have been in the correct lane, too. He was in the RH lane because (from his entry to the roundabout), he was turning right. Dashcammer then blocked his move from RH lane to LH lane by playing Billy Big Spuds. Just to round it off, he then rams the van. He should never drive again.

The cyclist is a fool swerving out like that, but the car driver should be in jail.
Can't make out how the driver thought cyclists touched his car. As you say, should be in jail.

22 seconds I think the cyclist punches the car.

One of those "When two idiots meet" scenarios again by the looks of it.

Although the driver is certainly unhinged!

Yeah. Being delayed for 5 seconds is a justifiable reason to stab someone.

Get professional help.
What for? I'm fine just the way I am.

The car driver reacted to being blocked and the cyclist hitting his car. He over reacted (clearly) but the cyclist invited a reaction and got more than expected.

see this all the time in the southwest! Saw one lady with a horse box on sunday kept driving in the gutter at a snails pace and wouldn't let the ambulance pass or stop with her precious horse!
