Driver doesn't merge with biker... Biker pulls ahead and informs police, police pull over driver...
Storm and teacup comes to mind.
Yeah, but it's kind of satisfying when an obstinate individual in need of a bit of education, receives it.
Is that what it is really like in the US of A? The land of the free and dem good 'ole boys? You get grassed up for even the slightest mistake? frown

Shock horror, Police pulled the car because he lied, she never run him out of _his_ lane, he starts intimidating her way before the merge, no wonder she is trying to get away from him.

I'd have preferred it had he dabbed his brakes and let her in. It would have been so much easier. The car driver made a mistake, big deal. Putting yourself in the way of harm because you're right is just Darwinism in action. A growing trend it seems with people armed with dashcams or go pros.

Yup, but im not up to speed with the American version.

In anycase what has that got to do with what i posted. Did you actually read it? Look at the bit where I say " The car driver made a mistake, big deal."

I'm not really sure what that's got to do with it - the USA has 320m people, I'm sure it's not the same everywhere.

Well I am and not yielding/stopping at a stop sign is a ticket, no ifs or buts. Would she have pulled over if there was a car there, a truck, no. She did because she could bully her way past a bike. Ticket.

Unless I've got this wrong, there is no stop sign though, they're merely merging ?

You're not really getting my post are you?

Put it on the tomb stone "But i was in the right!"

P.S She never got a ticket, so the bikers time was wasted, the female drivers time was wasted, the cops time was wasted, and everyone who watched the video and endured his nazel whining voice had their time wasted.

Just read the comments, apparently she got 2 tickets, crazy.

Why he couldn't be an adult and just let her in I have no idea, not the end of the world. Certainly not worth getting himself hurt.
His language is intimidating the driver and it could be argued that she was intimidated by him. If someone was ranting and raving at me I probably wouldn't act in a rational logical way!

I think it's a fair point.

Does it also work the other way?

"Why couldn't she be an adult and just let him in I have no idea, especially seeing as he had priority*, not the end of the world."

*I'm guessing from the tone of the video.

The motorcyclist behaved like that because she was trying to push her way through at a merge point, the fact she got two tickets justifies the police action.

If she wasn't so childish and didn't try to push through she wouldn't have got a ticket, so I doubt she'll be doing the same again.

Never believe anything you read in YouTube comments, people make up stuff like this all the time.

She got 2 tickets. The cop reviewed the footage and issued 1 for passing on right and 1 for unsafe lane change.

Seems fair enough.

Biker had 2 options faced with someone making a genuine mistake - yield or make himself visible. He chose to make himself visible so she could yield. That really should have been the end of it.

She then escalated a genuine mistake into a deliberate fk you so I've no sympathy for that kind of driver.
