You're trolling. The collision appeared to have happened in France, whose backwater rural roads can be utterly, utterly deserted. Cyclists never have and never will ride singly alone in silence just in case one driver flouts all the rules of the road. No more than you stop at every single junction regardless of priority to ensure your safety. The roads wouldn't work if we all took that degree of safety.Whilst drivers don't look where they're going or pull out without looking, there will be collisions and no amount of trolling will change that.
It would be better and safer all round for everybody if we took these drivers off the road.

Driver looks like a stoner, very funny body language. Think his problems started when he choose not to wear a seatbelt and drive like a tool over the waste ground. Looks like he is been thrown all over the car and lost control. Next time don't drive or stay off drink and drugs.

Guy in the Lupo was driving like a tt around the parked cars where there were pedestrians - you see him screech to a stop at the beginning of the video. What happens after that is an account from someone I know who knows the BMW owner, so I cannot say how correct it is. The BMW owner was an organiser / official for this event, and went over to tell the Lupo driver to cool it or leave immediately. Lupo driver didn't like that, gave some abuse and attempted to speed off. BMW owner tried to pull the keys out of his ignition. Lupo driver loops around the car park in a blind frenzy and crashes into the BMW - the rest can be heard in the remainder of that video.
