At the start of the clip you can clearly see it is partly on the wrong side of the road and swerves back to miss the MPV, but over doing it and hitting the grass bank. Textbook example of poor driving and over reaction.

The driver with the dashcam is in the wrong.

Edit: I see from his description he's already been told that by someone on there and deleted the comments because he disagreed. One of the worst kinds of drivers!
