The woman deliberately rammed him. If you get that angry about a motorbike going in front (who doesn't need a ticket so would have been let straight out) you shouldn't be driving. Hopefully she gets charged with failing to report an injury accident. hehe
To be honest, my view was that she was faffing about with her ticket or looking to the right and focussing on the ticket machine. Who would expect a bike to travel up your nearside?
100% this^.

Nobody could rightfully be expected to consider the possibility that some throbber on a bike will cut in from the left.

Unfortunately though, I think her insurance will be taking the hit as rightly or wrongly she moved forwards when it wasn't clear. There's quite a gap between him getting in front and her tapping him.
The woman didn't ram him in the slightest, she accidentally hit him because she didn't expect him to be there. She was concentrating (understandably) on the ticket machine. As for the insurance, I'm not sure what 'loss' he's claiming for here as all he got was a red mark on his leg, same thing you get when an old dear in the supermarket hits you with the trolly.

If you put yourself in danger you need to take responsibility for the result. This guy has more problems than just being impatient though.

Christ! Just shows that you should lock your doors or never unlock them. The driver had an oppo to drive away whilst the screwdriver menace was by him.
That's awesome - love the wedgie !!!
rofl
hehe

I still can't quite work out how he ended up hanging from the door mirror, and the fact that it didn't break off?

What if the collision injured a child in the back or knocked them into the next lane just as biker was going past, would you have compunction about it then? Using a car, or in this case a truck, as a weapon isn't reall acceptable under any circumstances, is it?
Sorry but i agree with Coolhands, if someone is stupid enough to do that in front of me that's their own problem. I'm not going to risk my safety by taking huge avoiding action. The truck driver wouldn't be using his vehicle as a weapon, he didn't ask for someone to brake test them at 50mph did he?

Video is private now, but the MSE thread is quite something

So instead of leaving it all be, you take it to "pistonheads". I could have that site taken down if I wanted to, for libel.

Other forums are so much better at this than us, they get a lot more freedom before being told off. As for his attempt to take us down that should be fun. Bit annoyed he's made the video private, I wanted to see how long my comment on there lasted, it was 13 minutes the last time I checked but that was a while ago now.

His video and thread haven't exactly gone the way he expected biggrin

His posting style certainly support him being autistic, he would find it hard to comprehend how people have a different view to him and will be quick to think he's being persecuted or harassed. So for his own sake I really hope he doesn't come on here to defend himself.

Doesn't excuse riding like that and threatening people though. I never realised you could hold a provisional licence for 10 years either?

Funny yes, but the 'big story' of that was the threat with a screwdriver!

You're absolutely right. I'd like to think the police would be a lot more interested in that than the gentle rub down from the MPV.

Just noticed this on a link from one of the above videos... Not sure if it's been posted before so sorry if it has. Apparently she survived but had some serious injuries... pretty brutual, you've had your warning.

The smart car took a serious bash when 5th gear got hold of it, but stayed as a complete box.

Agree with the question about seat belt!

Sorry if posted already.

Last driver must have had a 'superman' moment, either that or he/she was high as a kite.
1:10 he actually turns into the van to force a crash, that is one of the few times I think dashcam needs to be handed to the police.

Low deformation is not equal to low mortality. It completely ignores the reason for having crumple zones in the first place, which is to reduce the peak G forces experienced by the occupant.

chicken or the egg first ?

they also assist in reducing shock to the main protective cage, controlled deceleration is beneficial to both requirements.

This car has stayed as a complete box too, it will only be plastic panels flying off in the crash. I'd say the driver was definitely not belted in.
