It very very very very very necessary that he gets pulled over and hopefully charged so next time he remembers, if you can't see that then you should join him in the utter

So yes, he did deserve to get pulled, I hope he had the book thrown at him but doubtless he had a defence involving him doing it because he was suffering from ptsd due to being fat as a child 30 years ago, or some such rubbish........
