2 doors and a tailgate is a van - with side windows.
Even when it has full interior trim and a rear seat?

When people ask me what I drive, I tell them a van.

I think this is heavily camouflaged and will look more like the concept when launched. Well I hope so as the concept does look better.

Here is a cool video of it being built for anyone interested. White colour does seem to suit it too:

I wonder when they will introduce the 2+2 Coupe version in to the range? They could call it, oh I dont know......the 928!
A 2 door Panamera would be a bit bigger than the 928...

I hope this Panamera Shooting Brake does look like the concept, much better than the regular shape.

The new Panamera (not the Shooting Brake), basically undisguised except for the stickers over the lights http://www.motor1.com/news/61956/2017-porsche-pana...

They fixed the shape of the back compared to the current one, and it looks better to me.

I like the Panamera however those pictures [the ones posted above of the blue Panamera] make it look as long as a medium-sized tanker.

Panamera is an enormous boat of a car - sometimes they give me on when my 981 is in for service. Fine for motorway cruising but I wouldn't buy one in a million years.

New car looks amazing!

Unlike most, I was a fan (and owner) of the old one, but this looks more cohesive particularly the back end

Weird. Looks like a 4 door to me, with a massive estate-a-like appendage mounted on the rear. Check out the glassline on the rear doors. Doesn't seem like a wagon version to me.

I'll give a crisp tenner to the 1st person to chop 1 of these shooting brakes into a crew cab pickup

I'm sure I'm very much in the minority, but I've always loved the Panamera. paperbag

No. It's actually a '72 that someone restored to 90's spec. I'm just in the middle of removing it all to revert back to original.

Jeez if ever there was an example of how much bigger cars have got! Or is that 928 been photoshopped in at 60% size?

Ridiculously good looking. How they can sew this silk purse out of the steaming pile that is the Panamera is mind boggling.
They really should launch that car exactly as it is cloud9
