Hi
Has anyone managed to get these prices for fixed price? http://www.porsche.com/uk/accessoriesandservice/po...

It implies its optional for a dealer to opt in.

Ive had a quote from Guildford OPC for my 987 Boxster Spyder of £480 for minor service and £150 for brake fluid change - at £630 this is quite a lot more than the FPS of £470 for the same work.

Thanks
Simon

just quote them the Porsche £470 price and tell them not to rip you off in the future.

Is it a coincidence the prices you were quoted are the old (well those in effect in 2014) 987 service prices?

Hi, I was quoted £95 plus VAT for a brake fluid change 981 Cayman S with 21k on the clock. This was at OPC Sutton Coldfield.

True, but a little embarrassing if one of Porsche UK's own centres don't honour them.

Almost reasonable - been quoted £68 + Vat at my local Indy. Perhaps market forces are beginning to apply.

Maybe. I tried several popular online websites for two new rear tyres for my 981. Also enquired at my OPC for a laugh. OPC were the cheapest!

This is probably to do with the fact that its illegal to fix prices. If thy are withdrawn or varied then they are not fixed...and who's to say they are "fixed" low rather than "fixed" high. Its marketing twaddle, in reality all Dealer will compete and so they should.

Tried to book my car in with OPC Hatfield the other week, using the fixed priced menu on the PCGB website and was told it was more expensive for customers using London OPC's and those operating near the M25...so booked it in with JAZ Porsche instead, for a lot less...

Porsche GB need to come up with a more coherent strategy on service pricing for older cars, if they're looking at keeping 'classic' Porsche's on the road and retaining network maintenance...

I'm not certain but I think Porsche Club members get a discount too
