Looks very nice to me. The quad lamps at the rear are a definite improvement.
Agree completely about the quad rear circular lamps.

Which leads to a wider question........after the singular circular rear lamps of past 5 years or so on 8 an 12 cylinder models, is Ferrari returning to the quad lamps set up from yesteryear?

I hope so.

The 488 retains the singular lamps though. I think if they switch the F12 facelift due next year to quad lamps also then you could be right.

The name is daft - it's an FF M. Like the 456 as someone else said - better engineering I'm sure but the styling slightly overdone. Need to see some real pictures to make a judgement though - the press pics seem heavily over produced. given the cost to change, I'll stick with my existing FF for now I think...

I really like the name, but as you say, given cost to change I'll stick with the FF for a while more.

Do I see a completely new key for Ferrari? And keyless entry? Finally!

I guess Ferrari marketing saw that crooks were stealing more FFRRs than FFs and wanted to compete better there too... wink

Ferarris are normally objects of elegant beauty. Curvacious, sweeping, languorous lines. I love them.

But this thing looks like an elephant decided to sit on a Volvo estate.

Hideously ugly creation.

I love it. The rear diffuser area looks a bit messy but aside from that it's the first Ferrari in ages I've really wanted.

As per a previous poster I'd also have mine in TdF Blue but with tan leather.

They shouldn't have called it a Lusso

Or even a GTC4

Neither were a shooting brake.....
Sorry ... but unfortunately you have chosen two of the ugliest Ferraris ever produced to illustrate your point.
The GTC 4 isn't the prettiest Ferrari but the 250 Lusso is one of the most gorgeous to my eyes. Have you seen one in the flesh ? Red doesn't work(as it doesn't on 330/365 GTC and 275/330 GTS etc ) but in green or blue the Lusso is achingly lovely . Last one I saw was being driven past the Ferrari factory in Maranello and made the modern V8 which followed it look shabby - the Lusso was a Kristen Scott Thomas to the 430's Miley Cyrus.

New thing looks nice enough but isn't it the answer to a question very few will ever ask ?

IIRC the sunroof as shown on the car was a 10-15k option on the original FF...they know how to charge don't they.

Yes fixed pan roof was an £11k option, but it became standard in something like 2014....when they put the price up by £11k

I was just thinking the rear looked very 456/550/575 with those quad tail-lights. Like all Ferraris, it will look best in a dark colour.

since I will never have the cash necessary to actually purchase one, it's a bit moot, but of all the current Ferrari range this one, FF or GTC or whatever Ferrari marketing come up with next, is the only one I would ever lay out my own notes on.

nice to look at, obviously goes like stink and also more than a bit mad. what's not to like?

I wish I hadn't seen this. I had thought I'd grown out of such desires, but there is an elegant menace to this which is hard to resist. The FF was a bit ungainly, but had presence and undoubted ability. The first GTC/4 was a better road car than the 365GTB/4 according to an owner of both I know, but again a bit ungainly looking. The Lusso was most certainly elegant and yet it lacked the menace of some of its contemporaries. The new Tdf and this moves the game on. Congratulations Ferrari.

That looks fantastic.

If my numbers came up on the Euro millions I'd probably go for one.

690bhp @ 8000rpm, it doesn't get much better than that does it! And as for the comments about depreciation and residuals down the line... get a life! Those that can afford to order one from Ferrari probably don't care.
