They never produced a 2F saloon, only the breadvan and coupe.
The saloon was known as the Derby.

Has the Volvo 900 series been mentioned? Just saw a "940 Classic". 960 was similarly based on an ancient box.

The mark 1 saloons were badged as the Derby. The mark 2 i think was called the Polo Classic. And the 2f did have a saloon variant. Pretty sure my mate had an H reg one.

Vauxhall Carlton outlived by the Senator.
Ford Cortina outlived by the Capri
Hearses in general...?
80s Vauxhall Astra became the Daewoo Racer
Sierra based P100 pick-up truck and the Cortina pick-up before that.
Interestingly the last Granada (1985) was a hatchback only to begin with but it became the final Scorpio which was Saloon and estate but not hatchback at the end.
