Agree with so many of the choices so far on this thread.

Cars I've wanted for ages.....................

Wanted one for going on 25 years now. Had a 2wd HF Turbo, but have never driven an Integrale. Now comedy money.

Always had a soft-spot for 944/968. Again, never driven one... (nice PHers car)

C3 Vette. A lot of them were probably a bit gutless, but that Coke-bottle shape. Supercharger probably helps though....

Came quite close to buying one of these clown shoes recently. Values also on the up.

I remember eyeing E30 M3s for £5k just 15 years ago. Nowadays?

The best sports car shape to come out of Japan. Nearly swapped my TVR for one a few years back.

See Integrale. Would probably seem laughably underpowered nowadays, and the interior looks like one of my old Sciroccos. But those arches, and the noise....

Have liked the Alpine GTA (and this A610. And Venturis for that matter...) since the 80s. I'd imagine the nightmare of smashing the bodywork/breaking anything on it would be, well, a nightmare.

To posters wanting to go for a V8. Do it. I ran an 8-pot TVR for years, and have recently bought a 6-litre LS2 Monaro as a daily-driver. The oil fields are there to be turned into noise.

Skyline R32, R33 or R34 GT-R (really, not fussy hehe ). Wanted one for years (since before the first Gran Turismo game). For years I didn't have the money to get one, then when I had enough money I couldn't afford the insurance. Now the cars are going up in price again... I'd absolutely love one but unfortunately have other priorities now like finding a new place. When playing GT1 as a kid, the R33 GT-R was always the first car I'd buy once I'd saved enough cash. In real life I could afford a R33 GTS-T but I think it'd constantly nag at me that it isn't a GT-R, regardless of how good it might be.

As a younger kid I was always obsessed with the Jag XJ220 and Lotus Esprit (blame the Amiga games for that!)

Always had a hankering for a NSX as well but I can't practically justify one at the minute (no garage) and prices are going up quick.

For now I'll keep the S15 for a little longer... (yes I'm aware a S15 Spec-R was about the same price as a R32 GT-R a few years ago; I decided to go for the Silvia primarily because of the massive difference in insurance. Now R32s are a few thousand more expensive which is pretty sickening).

Got into cars around the first fast and furious/gran turismo. Always wanted a Toyota Supra since i was about 11, finally got one last year and its been great finally owning your hero car. Another on the bucket list is a TVR Cerbera and maybe one day a Phase 2 Dodge Viper Gts in blue with white strips, lottery win for that one i think!

As others have said on here I've always lusted after an R34 GTR. The R32 and R33 being the close runners up in that order. The R35 has really grown on me but the older ones just seem alot more special and rare.

Speaking of R32's I've always wanted an MK5 Golf R32. Just something about that engine in a Golf that I've always loved the idea of. Every time i see one i just want one and jump straight onto AutoTrader.

My personal favorite out of all of them all is a Mitsubishi Evo 9. I also love the 8 and pretty much all of the older shapes but it has just been the ultimate all rounder for me. The 10 has started to grow on me but it just isn't a good looker at all IMO.

I've never been that keen on exotic cars. I can appreciate them alot more now but they don't really do much for me still. Probably a combination of knowing i'll never have one (most likely) and them just being a one-stop-shop as apposed to something that does everything that can be used daily.

Great to see the Lotus Carlton making regular appearances. Definitely a must for my dream garage.
