I know the police have their hands tied in a lot of these matters but when I told them that the knife wielding scrote was about 10 metres away from me (while I was in my car following him) they didn't seem too bothered and just told me not to confront him.

It's annoying as I know the ste I will get into it taking him on. Can't imagine a court would look favourably on a 32 year old taking on an 18 year old.

Not sure what you're saying but unless you want to end up with a worse sentence than him, leave it to the police. They have the evidence and could get the other kids to talk too. And then the main scrote will get the police warning he deserves!

I'm hoping they give him more than a warning seeing as the max sentence is 5000 fine and 4 years for being in possession of an offensive weapon.

It's not even as if someone has done something wrong to him as he is doing it to all the cars and possesses a weapon.

I personally feel something like that which is pre meditated and uncalled for should lead to jail time for a few years along with making him pay for repairs plus £750 compensation to each car owner plus a heartfelt apology. If he won't apologise then he should get life in prison.
