Not only did you take away his life prospects by requiring or expecting him to attend school but now you want to take away his liberty.
You should all hang your heads in shame................and no............clear video evidence in broad daylight is NOT enough to secure even the chance of a bobby approaching him - that would be harassment.

I take it you have never had you're car vandalised?Somebody once took a key to my car. A car I'd just spent 10k buying and it was the first car I owned which wasn't a s
t heap. It represented represented a huge amount of my time, and effort to buy and the joy lasted about 1 week, even if it was just family wagon.I couldn't see the point in repairing it at even greater expense when some little scrote could just destroy it in an instant. Every day I drove that car after that I felt flattened.

Going by personal experience when I had something stolen from my garden. I knew who it was by his gait, the police knew who it was by his gait, yet they'd do nothing despite there likely being fingerprints on various things in the garden. Worse than useless.
