A top of the range (money no object) Caterham or a top of the range 600hp V8 Gardner Douglas 427 Cobra?

Just to be used as a weekend toy, obviously both are rather impractical.

I'd go for the event that is the Cobra.

Can I have the third option? A less-extreme Caterham AND a less-extreme Cobra rep?

Although, tbh, I think I'd probably go for the fourth option. One of those less-extreme pair, probably the Cob, AND something entirely different, like a classic barge...

Caterham for me, more agile and probably more fun.

Neither hold much appeal to me.

Depends what you want it for, if the absolute thrill of driving then the Caterham is a no brainer.
However, if its for sheer theatre then the Cobra wins.

Being a tall chap I doubt I'd fit in a Caterham.

Would I go fit in the Cobra?

As opposed to a British rep of a British car?

It would be the Cobra for me. I should probably say Caterham for variety since a Cobra is fairly TVRish with the full body, upholstery etc, but sod it. Just look at it.
